This Privacy Policy describes how Drama Labs GmbH ("we", "us") handles your information when you use Keto Calculator (the "App").

Summary

• The App works without an account. We never ask for your name or email address.
• We show no third-party ads, use no third-party tracking SDKs, and do not sell your data.
• Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
• You can ask us to delete the data linked to your device at any time.

Data we process

Device identifier

The App generates a random identifier (a UUID) on your device the first time it launches. This identifier is not your name, email address, or Apple Account, and we cannot use it to identify you personally. It exists so the App can store the content you create and apply fair-use limits.

Content you create in the App

Information you enter in the App — for example logs, settings, or questions you ask — is sent to and stored on our servers so the App can provide its features and respond to your requests. It is linked only to the random device identifier.

AI-assisted features

Some features use large language models to generate responses. When you use them, the text you submit is processed by our AI infrastructure providers solely to generate the response. We do not use your messages to train AI models.

Purchases and subscriptions

All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We receive purchase confirmations from Apple (for example "subscription active") but never your payment details.

Usage analytics

We collect first-party usage events (for example which screens are opened and whether a feature succeeds or fails) to improve the App. These events are linked to the random device identifier only. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Crash and performance data

If you have enabled "Share with App Developers" in iOS Settings, Apple provides us with anonymized crash and performance reports through Apple's MetricKit framework.

What we do not collect

• No name, email address, or phone number — the App has no account system
• No precise location data
• No contacts or photos
• No advertising identifiers and no cross-app tracking

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on managed infrastructure operated by our hosting providers, protected by encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

How long we keep data

We keep the data linked to your device identifier for as long as you use the App. If you ask us to remove your data, we delete it permanently.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Because we do not know who you are, requests are handled per device identifier — contact us at the email below and we will help.

Data deletion

To request deletion of all data linked to your device, email support@mydrama.de.

Children

The App is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page.
